Answer the security questionnaire once.

TrustWarden turns twenty guided questions into a security page your B2B buyers can cite: numbered statements, your subprocessor list with change notices, and NDA-gated documents with a log of who opened what.

From blank page to citable record

ANSWER

Twenty questions, with help

Where data lives, who can access it, how backups work. Every question explains how to check the answer — it doubles as a security checklist. Most founders finish in one sitting.

PUBLISH

Statements, not marketing

Each answer becomes a numbered clause with the date you stated it. §2.3 means encryption at rest on every TrustWarden page, so a reviewer can cite your page in their write-up and move on.

MAINTAIN

Changes notify themselves

Add a vendor and subscribers get a notice with a 15-day objection window — the GDPR Article 28 routine, with a per-recipient send log you can show an auditor.

The gate that turns reviews into a log

Your DPA and pen-test summary sit behind an email gate with a click-through confidentiality undertaking. Access is instant for the visitor — no back-and-forth for you — and every download lands in a log: who, from which company, opened which document, when. The blank /security page you were going to write cannot do that.

Prospect research included by accident: the access log is a list of companies currently evaluating you.

Questions founders ask

Do I need SOC 2 first?

No. Small-vendor reviews mostly need clear, dated statements about data location, access and backups. "No certification yet" next to twenty specific answers passes more reviews than a vague security page.

What if I can't answer a question?

Skip it. The page shows an honest gap instead of a claim, and the wizard's help text tells you how to close it. Publishing requires only the basics: who you are, where you host, where data lives.

Can the page live on my own domain?

Not yet — pages live at trust-warden.com/t/your-company. Custom domains are planned; Pro subscribers get them first.

What happens if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your page, answers and logs stay, and limits fall back to the Free plan.
